Muay Thai career

I have been training for 12 years and actively fighting for 9 years. I have 40+ professional fights internationally (Thailand, Germany, UK, Portugal). I was a sponsored fighter, fighting out of Tiger Muay Thai Phuket Thailand (2015-2018). I am the 2018 K1 German champion. I currently coach and train out of Munich MMA since 2019.

And nutrition

Through my career I developed a big interest in nutrition, experienced the highs and lows of how nutrition impacts my mental health, training and weigh ins. I want to create a non- judgmental space for individuals to talk about their relationship with food and create a long term solution for your life style. I am a qualified (2024) Sports nutritionist specialist through the ISSN.
